In these uncertain times it is very important to mind our health and wellbeing. The children love putting on their coats and hats and getting outside for their daily mile. In December we had a kindness week. We focused on being kind to others and to ourselves. We made kindness jars and our friends put positive messages in them.

We brought in items that made us feel good. We brought in cosy blankets and slippers, lava lamps and teddy bears !
