an eight legged visitor

Today, some of the boys spotted a new visitor to Burnfort National School- an eight legged arachnid whom we named 'Fred'! We think he could have been one of the biggest spiders that some of us have ever seen in real life!

While we enjoyed observing him, we made sure that we gave him plenty of space and didn't disturb him. We hope that 'Fred' comes back to visit again soon!
